Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with some great highlights but also a few areas that could use improvement. The rooms, though smallish, were excellent with a cozy mountain theme, comfortable beds, and lovely mountain views. However, the lack of cooling options and dim lighting affected the overall experience. The service was top-notch, especially from Andres and Aleksandr, although a bit more smiling could add to the welcoming atmosphere. The location was convenient, close to ski lifts and the city center, but being in the lower area near the lake had its drawbacks. The dining experience was outstanding, offering a delicious variety of options, despite some noise. Overall, a good value for the money with some room for enhancement.
The hotel offers a Swiss chalet inspired setting with tiny, outdated single beds in good-sized rooms. The service was excellent, with welcoming and accommodating staff members. The location is excellent for accessing ski areas and exploring Switzerland, with views of the lake and mountains. The dining experience was exceptional with outstanding Asian dishes available daily.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a view of the sports area and mountains, though the heating is insufficient and some windows are cracked. The service was generally helpful, especially with communication over emails. The location is convenient for accessing ski areas but may feel cramped when busy. The breakfast quality was exceptional, suitable even for vegetarians, though the chaos during peak times was noticeable.
